Goodreads Fights Back Against Author Misbehavior

Attention authors: If you try to respond to a review of one of your own books on Goodreads, the following message will pop up:

I think you should also have to take a Breathalyzer test before posting on Goodreads OR sending an email after 2 am.

I think it's not reasonable to some extend. Even negative review is a review itself and it merely means that the publication has been read, that the author has been assumed as appropriate for negotiations. Don't you think that everybody should have its own opinion, and it's cool that the opinions are different and people can share them with others? Moreover even the negative response could contain some reasonable remarks, which should be taken into consideration by the author in order to expand his audience.
